A Critical Access Hospital provides notices to its publics that when an individual has any concerns
about patient care and safety in the CAH, that the CAH has not addressed, he or she is encouraged to
contact the critical access hospital's management.
Tell a member of your health care team if you have a concern or complaint about the hospital, your
safety, or care you are receiving.
Most concerns can be addressed promptly by communicating directly with your care provider or
the manager from the department that is providing your care. However, if you find it necessary, do not
hesitate to utilize the resources list below.
